Policy on Child Labour
We don't use child labor in the production of any products. We do not employ anyone under the age of 16 or the age at the end of compulsory education.
Policy on Hours of Labour
We maintain reasonable employee working hours, i.e. normal working weeks, in accordance with the normal and overtime restrictions allowed by local laws. If necessary, overtime shall be fully compensated according to local laws. If there is no insurance rate stipulated by law, it shall be compensated at least at the same rate as the normal hourly compensation rate.
